- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Cutoff Time:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch (subject to inventory).
- Orders after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Section 2: Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (USA & Canada):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).

Free Shipping:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100.

International Shipping:
- Currently available only within the USA and Canada.
- Note: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred at destination.

- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Free standard shipping is applied automatically on orders above $100.
- Flat-rate shipping outside free shipping threshold is not offered at this time.

- Upon dispatch, a shipment confirmation email is sent with a tracking number and instructions for monitoring your package.

- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Returns are accepted only for items that are badly manufactured.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Section 6: Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Orders
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
- Nerdoverse is not liable for orders lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a restocking fee and additional shipping charges for reshipment.
